We use SOUND as a bridge to worship, emotions, and self-healing release. At HolyFLOW, we embrace the power of sound to transform lives, understanding its global influence. We use 528Hz frequency, known as the "frequency of love," which has been scientifically proven to promote healing and harmony. We also use 432Hz frequency which is known as the frequency of the earth and the sound of bees, and has also been associated with lowered blood pressure values. Ruach, is the Hebrew word for Spirit, wind, or breath. Ruach represents the divine breath that gives life, and is also the Spirit of God. Breath can signify the refreshing and renewing power of the Holy Spirit. HolyFlowLife uses controlled breathing techniques that help improve physical, mental, and emotional health while aligning with the Spirit of God and grounding ourselves in His life-giving presence.. From a scientific standpoint, breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to relax the body and calm the mind, and is linked to several physical and emotional benefits like reducing stress, anxiety and depression, lowering blood pressure, and increasing immune function.
